I get a sandwich from here every Sunday. Ingredients are fresh and portion is not too big or small. There are a lot of sandwich places around but Yampa is always going to be my first choice. The DTC location is clean and has a patio. Staff is efficient and should be paid better.

Got two sandwiches here. They were delicious! The Pilgrim was delicious!!! The turkey, cranberry chutney, stuffing, and gouda combo was like a thanksgiving explosion in your mouth! loved it!! The second one was the Ridgeline. The turkey, cheddar, bacon, avocado combo was also delicious! The bread thickness was appropriately sized for the amount of meat plus ingredients! Though a little pricey these days, the sandwiches were delicious and I'd definitely love another one or two or more!!!!

Had the Grand sandwich, recommended by an employee, and it was so delicious! The bread was warm, crispy and soft. The Italian meats were high quality and the garlic mayo provided the perfect bite of flavor. Definitely will be a return customer. There are areas to sit inside or outside. Plenty of tables and nothing overdone. The service was great, helpful and with a smile.

The sandwiches were tasty and well prepared. The au jus alongside the Italian beef was delicious.

What a fabulous pulled pork sandwich I had! Super fresh French bread, yummy fresh jalapeños and tomato, and wonderful pork. Also great service. I had this during when the farmers market was going on, and paired it with a colfax killer mango habanero hot sauce and holy smokes, it was the union of the ages. For ambience, this is a truly casual sandwich shop. 10/10

I work really close to this place and frequent it often. Everything is delicious from the sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts. The employees are cheerful and always a delight.

Today I visited Yampa Sandwich Company again. This time I decided to dine-in rather than grab and go. I still can't give this place 5 stars. However, this place has become a favorite stop whenever in the DTC area. Today, I ordered The Pilgrim again. This is hands-down one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten in my life. There is so much positivity with this sandwich. If you're a Thanksgiving lover, get this! You won't be disappointed as there is so much flavor explosion when it hits your palate. Love the presentation as well and how it's served with a pickle. Absolutely brilliant! I ordered chips and a fountain drink with my sandwich. Total bill of sale with tip was $20 plus. Too expensive in my opinion. For fountain drinks they only offer basic Coca-Cola products. No Coke Zero. They offer a few different types of iced teas. The naturally sweetened one I drank today was good. I recommend a wider variety of iced teas and to widen the fountain soda options. Think Maine Root beverage company or similar ones. For dessert, they only offer three different types of cookies. Try offering more variety of desserts rather than just three flavors of cookies. For their chips, they offer Boulder Canyon. Not bad here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a pleasant experience. However, I'll stay with four stars here. Change my mind.

I'm truly lucky to live close to this business. And I feel that Yampa might not be getting all the attention and accolades it deserves to receive. Today's visit to this friendly business was due to the birthday coupon in the amount of $5 which was emailed to me a few days ago. On a chilly Monday afternoon, I thought it'd be a great opportunity for me to get a "cold" (lol!) sandwich. Hence I wasted no time to get there once I started to be a bit hungry. The store was clean as usual. It's funny; no matter when I go here, it's never super busy. Or do I happen to always miss the rush hour (foot) traffic? Whatever the case may be, the universe simply wants me to have this place to myself no matter when!!! People in the kitchen appeared super busy (maybe for online orders.) One of the workers in the kitchen hollowed at me with "I'll be right with you!" Nice start I thought. Instead of the man, a young lady came from the kitchen to assist me. I immediately told her what I wanted was "CYO (create your own) sandwich" to which she acknowledged right away. I then said to her, "I got the birthday coupon of $5 via email but I'm sorry I think I accidentally deleted it." To which she replied, "It's okay; there is no need to apologize!!" She then proceeded to take my order to the fullest extent. This young lady is getting my biggest shoutout for her kindest words. Thank you whoever you are!! My birthday reward was found in the system after the young lady got assisted by her manager (it was probably the guy who greeted me from the kitchen upon my arrival) as to how she could look it up. $5 was successfully applied to my order. After everything, the total came to $9 with some change. When my sandwich was ready the manager called my name. He asked me if I needed a bag for it to which I said no. This whole thing took less than 10 minutes (I believe.) At home, I devoured my sandwich in 10 minutes. This was my first time I did the CYO and I certainly and highly recommend this way to tailor your sandwich to your liking. And the magic ingredient I added (at the last minute and spur of the moment) was the roasted eggplant. This went so well with other things I picked. And all the ingredients were fresh. Great service, great ingredients, clean environment; this place checks out every single aspect of what a restaurant should be! Thanks Yampa for being around in my direct community!!

I was in the area running errands and wanted a quick bite to eat. So happy I stopped here! Chill atmosphere with fast and friendly service. I ordered the Ridgeline sandwich which was so good. Would definitely come back!
